Varnika Kothari
President & Founder
Hey hi! I am Varnika Kothari, Founder and President of Mission Gen Atlantis.
Over the last three years, I have participated in over 60 national and international debates and Model UN conferences, winning multiple Best Speaker and Best Delegate awards. I have mentored 60+ young debaters, helping them achieve prestigious victories across India and beyond.
As Maharashtra State Ambassador for the Indian Debating League, and Head of Training at Debaters of India, I have led initiatives to nurture future leaders in diplomacy, economics, and innovation. My journey has also taken me to the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where I engaged in private meetings with diplomats like Lachezara Stoeva (Permanent Representative of Bulgaria and President of ECOSOC), Charlotta Schlyter (Charge d’Affairs of Sweden), Joanna Skoczek (Deputy Permanent Representative of Poland), and high level diplomats from Germany, Singapore, Belgium. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into global diplomacy and a deep understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals and Youth led change.
I was also privileged to be part of the Harvard Youth Leadership Summit, where I worked with global changemakers to design innovative solutions aligned with the 2030 agenda.
With a deep commitment to economics, AI, diplomacy, and civic innovation, I founded Mission Gen Atlantis — a global incubator empowering teenagers to leverage technology and policy for real-world impact. I believe the future is not something we inherit — it is something we build. Through Mission Gen Atlantis, I hope to unite the brightest young minds to design a future that is just, inclusive, and visionary.
