Editorial Director

Hello! I am Anannya Wanage, Editorial Director of Mission Gen Atlantis.

My parents always said I have had a knack of drawing and writing what I felt truly mattered to the current world and its state since a young age which made me passionate about art and creative writing and encouraged me to participate in several essay competitions and art competitions, winning a few awards.

We all are aware of the idiom-‘Curiosity killed the cat’ and well, I love cats! So whenever I get curious and intrigued by a particular matter or issue, I research it and at times write an article about it.
Such matters for example are, recent cases, current affairs, political matters, constitutional remedies, etc I love reading and researching about through books, documentaries, the net etc.

Problems like the equality ,scope for reform of the judiciary system, legal system, income stature privileges etc, in specific are matters I am truly intrigued by the way people grasp them and their perspectives on them through the past years. These issues, i feel truly make difference in the current world state and peoples mindset.

Growing up in an indian household where talking about important matters or even in school where they shush you off and either tell you “it does not affect you, so why should you worry” “its not in your syllabus” or “the problem is not for children” , never made sense to me.
Every child is curious and should be able to learn and discuss matters and not be ‘protected’ from them.

We should talk to them about the reality before reality reaches them through an unforeseen path.
