I am Armaan Rathod, currently serving as the Outreach and Programs Director. I have participated in numerous national debates and Model UN conferences, earning multiple Best Speaker and Best Delegate awards. My passion for debating and psychology has provided me with a profound understanding of human behavior, communication, and strategic thinking, which I use to foster impactful engagement with diverse audiences.

My knowledge in the field of psychology has also given me unique insights into the dynamics of human interaction and conflict resolution, skills I leverage in my leadership roles.

As Outreach and Partnerships Director at Mission Gen Atlantis, I am passionate about bringing together like-minded individuals to join a movement focused on creating a lasting impact. My role is centered on building programs that unite young leaders from diverse backgrounds, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas at the crossroads of technology, policy, and human understanding.
